Payment/booking fee
A £100 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking, this will be deducted from the total balance of the invoice.
The remaining balance will be invoiced 6 weeks prior to the wedding day and due no later than 4 weeks before the wedding day.
Confirmation of Booking
You will need to confirm your bridal party numbers at the time of booking.
No reductions can be made once you have booked your bridal hair service.
To add additional party members, please contact me for a bespoke quote.
Changes of the wedding date to a different year may be subject to a price increase.
Travel & Expenses
Additional expenses such as travel/parking etc will be discussed at the time of booking and added to the final balance. Travel is charged at £0.50p per mile from the studio in ME3, Rochester Kent.
Accommodation may need to be booked closer to the venue if the journey is over 2 hours or if starting before 6am.
Destination weddings are available upon request.
Bridal Trials
Trials are held at the salon in Faversham - Monday to Thursday. I recommend booking a trial within 3 months of your wedding day. A hair trial for the bride is included in the package.
They can take up to 2 ½ hours, so please allow for this time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trial, I will require 48 hours notice.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate circumstances you have to cancel your booking, please let me know as soon as possible.
All cancellations will incur the following fees:
£100 non-refundable deposit booking fee should you cancel after payment has been received.
If you cancel within 3 months of the wedding date, 50% of the total balance is to be paid and the £100 non-refundable deposit will be retained.
If you cancel 1 month before the wedding date, 100% of the total balance is to be paid and the £100 non-refundable deposit will be retained.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and no other suitable cover can be arranged, a full refund will be returned to you. If the booking is affected by circumstances beyond my control, I will help in rectifying the situation however no compensation will be provided. I recommend that clients take out wedding/event insurance to cover any of these possibilities.
COVID-19
If your booking is affected by COVID-19 please let me know as soon as possible.
If you are able to change the wedding to a new date, and I am available, the booking can be transferred at no extra cost. However, if I’m unavailable, the above cancellation fees will apply.
